About

Graduating from Falmouth University with a first class degree in Textile Design, I have a genuine love for pattern, colour and the creative process. Growing up I have always enjoyed making clothes and jewellery and I started creating accessories from my print designs in my final year of university.

My print designs are created from a broad range of inspiration, but often draw upon nature and my surroundings. Whilst studying I enjoyed experimenting with and adapting different Artist’s drawing techniques, which has led to my work having subtle influences from Patrick Heron, Jean Dubuffet, Basquiat and Picasso. I love exploring colour within my designs and often re-envision prints in different colour palettes to completely change their feel and aesthetic.

Sustainability is engrained into my processes; my fabrics are sustainably sourced, each product is made to order in house and printed on the exact amount of fabric to prevent wastage, and all bags are lined with re-purposed fabric. I also use reclaimed zip and trimmings where possible. I have made the recent decision to start only printing my designs onto natural fibres to consider how my products will impact the enviroment at the end of their life cycle.

All of my products are made to the highest quality and designed to last a lifetime.
